The Grand Gala Dinner will be held in the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel,
Cambridge Street, Glasgow
on Wednesday 23rd August
from 19.30 until 23.45.
This is a fantastic venue which has just undergone a multi-million pound refurbishment.
Dinner will be a sit-down, 3-course meal including tea & coffee and shortbread. There will be entertainment with a Scottish flavour throughout the evening.
Tickets cost €50 per person and will be allocated on a 1st come, 1st served basis.
Ticket requests should be submitted through your National Co-ordinator or Team Manager. A dedicated Mail Box for ticket requests (Dinner@eurogm2017.com) will open at 09.00 hours (UK time) on Friday 31st March 2017.
Orders will be confirmed accompanied by a request for payment of €15 non-refundable deposit per ticket, which must be made within 10 days. The balance of €35 per ticket must be paid no later than end of May.
Unfortunately, if the deposit and final payment are not received by the due dates, your tickets may be allocated to someone else.
